I love the hotel but the staff are terrible, well when i make the reservation they told me i dont need to pay anything to reserve the rooms, the same day i was supposed to check in the manager liz called me saying that i need to pay$217 with some change for each room, ok i paid the reservation and i ask her if the money reservation was going back to my card and she said yes after i check in, i check in and never receive the money back, the day i check out the lady was in the front said that i dont have no balance from my refund because they never ask for money for the reservation only to pay the rooms, i paid for reservation plus for two rooms, i paid to much for this hotel and the service was terrible, be side that the service was knocking at my room door at 4am just to give a receive for my check out, who does that when people are sleeping ? i stood for a whole weekend and they even clean my roon, my sister left tome money in the bed for who ever going to clean the room and they took the money but never clean the room, the tv wasnt working, when i check out i ask for my money from the reservation and the lady said i dont have a balance, they call the manager and the manager gave me another instructions when she didnt even said that at the first time, they said i will receive my money back during 7 days and i havent receive my money back.
